About the Opportunity: Workplace Ambassador

The Workplace Ambassador plays a key role in fostering community and delivering solutions. Based in our dynamic offices at 101 Collins St., you will enhance the employee experience by managing the technical and operational aspects of our workplace. Your focus will be on facilities management, budgeting, health and safety, occupancy planning, and event logistics.

In this pivotal role, you will connect stakeholders, improve facilities, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver premium customer service and act as the office expert, supporting the Community Manager in stakeholder engagement
• Manage contractors, assist with procurement processes, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Process invoices, monitor budgets, and identify financial opportunities or discrepancies
• Handle reactive maintenance, address facilities issues proactively, and uphold high office standards
• Conduct safety audits, participate in emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Raise and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to JLL standards
• Analyze problems, develop long-term solutions, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities aligned with the Workplace Ambassador role

Is This You? We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has a background in property or facilities management, hospitality, hotel management, or luxury corporate concierge services. You excel at administrative tasks, communication, and problem-solving, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.

You are professional, approachable, and capable of maintaining composure when managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of occupational safety standards is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving performance targets
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presentation, verbal, and written interactions
