Our Workplace Technology Collaboration team consists of professionals with expertise in live streaming, collaboration technology design, and office technology implementations, including conference rooms, town halls, and studios. We collaborate with partners to conceptualize these spaces and provide premium experiences for all users.

We are seeking a Senior Collaboration Solutions Engineer, who will report to the Workplace Collaboration Manager. The ideal candidate is a seasoned AV Engineer experienced in designing and executing high-quality experiences in conference rooms, town hall venues, and studios through construction, feedback loops, and maintenance activities.

  • You will oversee relationships with internal departments, integrators, vendors, and technicians, acting as a key internal contact for troubleshooting and system repairs.
  • You will be a key player in new construction projects and office upgrades, providing direction to vendors and partners regarding AV standards and best practices.
  • Furthermore, you will serve as an engineer supporting our content studio team, guaranteeing the correct operation of broadcast systems, IT infrastructure, and storage solutions.
  • Occasionally, you will be required to assist in planning and managing the AV aspects of significant shows and events utilizing Zoom Webinars and associated technologies.

Your background

  • More than 6 years of experience within a corporate IT setting, specifically focused on Corporate AV Engineering (covering conference rooms, background audio systems, digital signage, studios, and town hall spaces).
  • Expert-level knowledge of video conferencing technologies, such as Zoom, Zoom Rooms, Neat video conferencing equipment, training facilities, town hall environments, QSYS, and other audio/visual systems.
  • Experience in engineering studios for both broadcast and video production purposes is advantageous.
  • A profound enthusiasm for workplace collaboration tools and related services.
  • Experience with IT/AV office construction, maintenance activities, and system upgrades.
  • A solid grasp of network protocols and established best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects.
  • A dedication to continually enhancing products and operational processes.
  • The capacity to serve as a technology authority and subject matter expert.
  • Experience in selecting vendors and managing relationships (for both software and hardware).
  • Strong familiarity with security practices and necessary precautions.
  • Excellent documentation abilities, and the skill to train local technicians upon project handover.
  • Experience in assessing technical drawings and plans to confirm they align with business requirements.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and comfortable within a distributed team structure.
  • An energetic, technically skilled engineer with an eagerness for learning and innovation.
  • Relevant certifications (like CTS, Dante, QSYS, etc.) are a considerable advantage.
