The Role: Part-Time Sales Associate

We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time sales associate for our Ralph Lauren David Jones Womenswear store in Queens Plaza, Brisbane. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist clients with merchandise selection.
• Build strong commercial relationships with clients.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and back-of-house processes.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience through exceptional service.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Genuine passion for and understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand.
• Strong merchandising skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Confidence in making autonomous decisions.
• Flexibility and innovation in adapting to changing work demands.
• Well-groomed with a good understanding of fashion trends and competitors.
