The Role

We are searching for a Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our Amplify program team based in Sydney. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the reporting and analytics stream within the Amplify program.
  • Define requirements, design, and build reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts (if applicable).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated with best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data querying languages (SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in leading reporting/analytics projects or streams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience within large transformation programs is highly regarded.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
