About The Job

Are you a Product Manager skilled in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) with a drive for technology solutions that revolutionize HR operations? We seek a committed professional to spearhead significant projects, enhance current systems, and refine the overall HR technology framework.

Our HRIS product division leads in creating and implementing innovative solutions that foster business achievement. In this capacity, you will oversee, develop, and roll out technology solutions across diverse HR applications and platforms. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams, guaranteeing smooth project delivery from initial scoping to implementation, deployment, fine-tuning, and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and enhancement of HR technology solutions, ensuring they meet business goals and user requirements.
• Work with cross-departmental teams to define needs and implement strategic solutions.
• Guarantee high-standard execution of HR technology initiatives, keeping them aligned with both technical needs and business objectives.
• Offer ongoing optimization and assistance for HR systems, promoting operational effectiveness and steady improvement.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm system functionality aligns with business needs and quality benchmarks.
• Generate clear, succinct documentation and presentations for development, training, and support personnel.
• Collaborate closely with our international teams to pinpoint issues, suggest solutions, and deploy user-focused technology advancements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing and developing HR technology solutions.
• Solid product management capabilities, with experience guiding projects throughout their complete lifecycle.
• Capacity to work cooperatively with both technical and non-technical groups, balancing business requirements with technical practicality.
• A proactive individual able to excel in a fluctuating environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with talent management and annual leave software systems is highly advantageous.
