About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance & Reward Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial part in designing, implementing, and managing our company’s performance management and compensation & benefits programs. You will contribute significantly to ensuring our reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse compensation data and benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including data preparation and analysis.
- Assist in the development and administration of various reward programs (e.g., incentives, recognition).
- Contribute to the management and enhancement of performance management processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on reward and performance metrics for management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers on reward-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyse results.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar analyst role, focusing on compensation, benefits, or performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of reward principles and market practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
