An engaging opportunity is available for a Mine Technical Officer to become part of our Maintenance & Outages team at AGL Loy Yang Mine. The Mine Technical Officer position is a highly skilled role within a cooperative team, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations to achieve efficient outcomes. Operating on a 9-day fortnight schedule, you will be tasked with offering specialized technical assistance for mine electrical systems while also contributing to plant enhancements and new projects.
You possess extensive experience in fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across various electrical control, monitoring, and protection systems. You are a proactive individual with keen attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced work setting. A strong communicator capable of interacting with multiple teams across the mine. Participation in an availability roster is required for this role.
