Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team based at Westfield Carousel and supporting Westfield Booragoon. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with national campaigns.
• Manage budgets and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with retailers to support their marketing efforts.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media and website updates.
• Coordinate centre events and activations.
• Build relationships with local community groups and media.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or property.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field is advantageous.
