Marketing Excellence Manager

Nestlé is seeking an experienced Marketing Excellence Manager to join our Oceania team on a part-time basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to support over 200+ marketers across Nestlé Oceania, empowering them to work efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

As the Marketing Excellence Manager, you will be the subject matter expert on marketing processes and systems. You will ensure our marketers are well-informed through internal communications and newsletters while driving continuous improvement in marketing processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Training: Facilitate the onboarding of new marketers and provide ongoing training on best practices and compliance requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance marketing capabilities and workflows.
• Project Management: Manage system upgrades and changes, including system testing and deployment.
• Communication: Keep marketers informed through effective workplace communications and newsletters.
• Support & Enablement: Provide the right tools and resources to support the marketing team.

You will report to the Marketing Excellence & Capability Lead, playing a pivotal role in shaping local marketing processes and deploying global and regional learning solutions.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same in this dynamic role. Your day-to-day activities may include:

• Leading onboarding sessions for new marketers.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance marketing capabilities.
• Managing and delivering system updates and testing.
• Developing and delivering training programs aligned with business needs.
• Supporting marketers with the tools and processes they need to succeed.
