About the Opportunity

Origin Energy is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our LPG division. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients in the Somerton area and surrounding region.

Your Impact

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and market opportunities for LPG products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Demonstrated success in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the energy, gas, or industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a strategic approach to business growth.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Understanding of the LPG market is highly desirable.
